Contattati prendono in giro il cliente dicendo che il tecnico sta arrivando, ma non arriva. Se volete perdere tempo e pazienza sono l'ideale, noi i condizionatori li acquisteremo altrove.
They set the inspection at the time they want but nobody shows up, not even a phone call to warn them. Contacted make fun of the customer by saying that the technician is coming, but does not arrive. If you want to lose time and patience are ideal, we will buy the air conditioners elsewhere.

Peccato che al primo guasto fuori garanzia di una macchina Samsung da loro installata (venditore ufficiale) chiamo per il guasto e visto che ci sono decido di fare anche la manutenzione. Pago 90 euro l'intervento e resto in attesa del preventivo, che però arriva dopo 3 mesi e sorpresa, hanno girato il lavoro ad un'altra azienda di Bologna a cui però dovrò anche pagare nuovamente la chiamata. La prossima volta mi rivolgerò direttamente ad un'altra azienda.
Ok the installation. Too bad that the first failure out of warranty of a Samsung machine installed by them (official seller) I call for the failure and since I am there I also decide to do the maintenance. I pay € 90 for the intervention and I await the estimate, which however arrives after 3 months and surprise, they have turned the job to another company in Bologna to which, however, I will also have to pay the call again. Next time I will go directly to another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente da dire sulla professionalità di Franco nell'installazione. Gentile, disponibile, preciso e con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. I problemi sono arrivati con la manutenzione. Per ben due volte non si sono presentati all'appuntamento fissato da loro. Entrambe le volte ho chiamato io e mi è stato risposto che avevano avuto un problema col furgone. Non so se fatalità o presa in giro ma per questo motivo due anni fa ho dovuto cambiare assistenza.
Nothing to say about Franco's professionalism in the installation. Kind, helpful, precise and with excellent value for money. The problems came with the maintenance. Twice they did not show up for the appointment set by them. Both times I called and was told they had a problem with the van. I don't know if fatality or mockery but for this reason I had to change assistance two years ago.
