I	Incostante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro e l'anziano gestore mi da le spalle per buoni cinque minuti (a cercare una chiave che non trova) nonostante la moglie l'avesse avvertito che c'era un cliente. Finalmente si volta con faccia scontrosa, gli chiedo del problema (cover di chiave auto da sostituire) e mi dice che bisogna rifare tutta la chiave per 35 euro. Saluto e me ne vado. A poca distanza c'è un'altra ferramenta che mi risolve il problema a 15 euro senza rifare la chiave (che funziona). Ora, l'anzianità dovrebbe essere un valore aggiunto non un pretesto per essere maleducato con un potenziale cliente. Mi dispiace ma un servizio così non può funzionare al giorno d'oggi.
