L'assistenza è inesistente, chiamata 2 volte non si e visto nessuno. I commessi poverini non parlano italiano. Inoltre dopo aver confermato al totem il ritiro ho aspettato 15 minuti buoni. Tra l'altro mi hanno consegnato 10 sacchetti semivuoti.. Che spreco! In totale se si calcola mezz'ora per fare la spesa online e almeno 20 minuti per il ritiro, Conviene fare la spesa direttamente al supermercato. Non lo consiglio. Overall unsatisfactory. Suggerisco di scaricare l'app per il ritiro dell'ordine e indicare il numero del parcheggio dove si trova l'auto. Il personale è gentilissimo. Unica pecca a mio dire, è per la posizione dei 6 posti auto dedicati che sono all'aperto senza alcuna tettoia.. se piove ti bagni nel ritirare la spesa. Inoltre spesso i posti auto sono occupati da persone maleducate che non devono ritirare la spesa e ti tocca aspettare che questi se ne vadano.
