Mille problemi, una malcelata richiesta di un pagamento aggiuntivo per presunti danni all'articolo, dichiarate accuse per giustificare la totale assenza di assistenza al cliente. Mi dispiace solo che per una volta non mi sono rivolta al mio negozio di fiducia a Roma, che ha prodotti di qualità eccellente con prezzi più bassi e con una cura del cliente estremamente professionale.
