Poco dopo le abbiamo divorate a casa. Buonissime! È sempre un piacere entrare da Clepizza accolti dal sorriso immancabile di Emiliano e figlio. Bravi! Lunch break with counted minutes. I passed by Clepizza and Emiliano very fast fired a focaccia and a pizza on the fly. A little later we devoured them at home. Very good! It is always a pleasure to enter Clepizza welcomed by the inevitable smile of Emiliano and his son. Bravi!

Facciamo l'ordinazione di due pizze famiglia basse dando tutti i dettagli del caso, fra i più importanti: "cortesemente non tagliarle e falle ENTRAMBE con DOPPIA mozzarella". Il risultato: la prima pizza aveva poca mozzarella (vabbè chiudiamo pure un occhio, sebbene abbiano fatto pagare a mia zia la doppia mozzarella per entrambe le pizze); ma la seconda... PRATICAMENTE VUOTA! La mozzarella era un miraggio (tant'è vero che c'era un cornicione esagerato) hanno addirittura tentato di coprire i buchi lasciati nel condimento con della salsa di pomodoro. Molto delusa, mia zia chiama la pizzeria e le risponde una gentile signorina ("gentile" è ovviamente un eufemismo) che al posto di scusarsi per aver fatto pagare 24 euro (ah! Nell'arco di 3 settimane, il prezzo è lievitato da 10,00 a 11,00 a 12,00 euro a pizza - ripeto, pizze famiglia basse condite) due pizze schifose, si è rivolta con tono di scherno e grande strafottenza... Cigliegina sulla torta? Il principale o chi per lui, ha strappato di mano il telefono alla ragazza per chiudere la telefonata bruscamente, bofonchiando qualcosa di incomprensibile (bell'assistenza clienti del cazzo!). Eravamo clienti decennali e da stasera, senz'ombra di dubbio ci rivolgeremo altrove. Allego le foto, così che possiate rendervi conto dello schifo di cui sopra. Due consigli veloci veloci alla pizzeria: 1) evitate di maltrattare i clienti, perché può solo allontanarli. 2) le pizze fatele pagare, ma almeno che siano all'altezza delle aspettative e DELL'ORDINAZIONE! Absurd experience. This evening I was a guest with my family at my aunt's house. We order two low family pizzas giving all the details of the case, among the most important: "politely do not cut them and make them BOTH with DOUBLE mozzarella". The result: the first pizza had little mozzarella (oh well let's close an eye, even though they made my aunt pay for the double mozzarella for both pizzas); but the second ... PRACTICALLY EMPTY! The mozzarella was a mirage (so much so that there was an exaggerated cornice) they even tried to cover the holes left in the dressing with tomato sauce. Very disappointed, my aunt calls the pizzeria and a kind young lady answers her ("kind" is obviously a euphemism) that instead of apologizing for having charged 24 euros (ah! In the span of 3 weeks, the price has risen by 10 , 00 to 11.00 to 12.00 euros per pizza - I repeat, low seasoned family pizzas) two disgusting pizzas, it was addressed in a tone of ridicule and great arrogance ... Cigliegina on the cake? The principal or whoever, for him, snatched the phone from the girl to close the call abruptly, mumbling something incomprehensible (good fucking customer support!). We were 10-year-old customers and from tonight, without a shadow of a doubt we will go elsewhere. I enclose the photos, so that you can realize the above crap. Two quick quick tips at the pizzeria: 1) avoid mistreating customers, because they can only drive them away. 2) the pizzas make them pay, but at least they are up to expectations and ORDER!
