Vi ho bloccati perchè non avevo voglia di discutere ulteriormente, al netto della risposta "grazie e buona giornata", che tutto lasciava intendere tranne che foste propensi a procedere con un reso. Cafona e maleducata sarei stata se le avessi risposto a parolacce ed insulti e questo non mi pare sia avvenuto. Ho espresso il mio parere sulla base di quello che mi ha risposto. Non le avevo chiesto un parere su come tentare di rimediare magari facendo peggio, speravo mi proponesse un reso per concludere al meglio la vicenda. "Ci ha parlato di grande professionalità da parte sua", se legge il mio messaggio le ho semplicemente scritto che lavoro per un brand di alta moda, a farle intendere che non stavo discutendo del pellame perchè so che può presentare difetti naturali ,ma del tessuto che se è macchiato è perchè è stato macchiato in un secondo momento.
Comunque va bene così, come lei è libera di esprimere la sua, io da consumatrice sono libera di fare altrettanto e dopo questa risposta ri confermo tutto ciò che ho scritto, sconsiglio e concludo qui.
PRIMA RECENSIONE:
Una stella perchè non posso metterne 0. Articolo ordinato online, arrivato palesemente macchiato, senza nemmeno una scatola o sacchetto, buttato nel sacchettino del corriere. Nessun tentativo di scuse o proposte di reso ma suggerimenti su come smacchiarlo ed un menefreghismo concluso con "grazie e buona giornata". Pessimi, non acquisterò mai più nulla.
 RESPONSE TO ANSWER:
I blocked you because I did not want to discuss further, net of the answer "thank you and have a good day", which all suggested except that you were inclined to proceed with a return. Naughty and rude I would have been if I had replied to swear words and insults and this does not seem to me to have happened. I expressed my opinion on the basis of what he replied. I hadn't asked her for an opinion on how to try to remedy it perhaps by doing worse, I hoped she would offer me a return to conclude the affair in the best possible way. "She spoke to us of great professionalism on her part", if she reads my message I simply wrote her that I work for a high fashion brand, to make her understand that I was not discussing leather because I know that it can have natural defects, but of the fabric that if it is stained it is because it was stained later.
However, that's okay, as she is free to express hers, as a consumer I am free to do the same and after this answer I confirm everything I have written, I advise against it and conclude here.
FIRST REVIEW:
A star because I can't put 0. Item ordered online, arrived clearly stained, without even a box or bag, thrown into the courier's bag. No attempts at apologies or proposals for returns but suggestions on how to remove the stain and an indifference concluded with "thank you and have a good day". Bad, I will never buy anything again.
