Si è notato subito che Nicola era disponibilissimo e competente nel settore, mi ha aiutato a trovare la soluzione più giusta per la mia casa. Mi sono fermato al suo preventivo (primo e unico per me) senza cercare oltre. Consegna e tempi di installazione come previsto.

Qualche piccolo problema in fase di montaggio,ma ben presto e rapidamente risolto dal gestore Nicola. Persona distinta e capace, sempre pronta a rispondere in tempi Rapidi a qualsiasi problema.

Il prodotto è ottimo ed ha una resa che soddisfa a pieno le mie esigenze, se dovessi avere bisogno in futuro mi rivolgerei sicuramente a Nicola. Si è dimostrata una persona altamente competente, mi ha spiegato in modo molto semplice tutti i dettagli del prodotto, dell'installazione e non meno importante il modo per avere i maggiori benifici fiscali. Avevo altri preventivi in mano ma non ha mai detto una parola scorretta verso altre aziende/venditori quindi si è dimostrata una persona gentile e rispettosa. I lavori sono stati eseguiti a regola d'arte rispettando perfettamente le tempistiche programmate. Un ulteriore nota di merito va sicuramente all'impiegata che ha preso in carico le mie pratiche supportandomi nella compilazione e nella documentazione in modo chiaro e preciso.
I replaced an old wood stove with a ventilated Piazzetta pallet stove. The product is excellent and has a yield that fully satisfies my needs, if I should need it in the future I would definitely turn to Nicola. She proved to be a highly competent person, she explained to me in a very simple way all the details of the product, of the installation and not least the way to have the greatest tax benefits. I had other quotes in hand but she never said an unfair word to other companies / sellers so she proved to be a kind and respectful person. The works were carried out in a workmanlike manner, perfectly respecting the scheduled times. A further note of merit certainly goes to the employee who took charge of my practices by supporting me in the compilation and documentation in a clear and precise way.
