Ho chiamato Cleanerpro su consiglio del custode del condominio ed in giornata hanno fatto sopralluogo e preventivo. Nel pomeriggio ho accettato il tutto ed il giorno dopo sono intervenuti eseguendo un lavoro impeccabile. Grazie, mi avete sopportato e supportato in maniera incredibile. Bravi. Metto quattro stelle per i costi un po alti ma la professionalità si paga. I needed a cleaning company for my newly renovated offices. I called Cleanerpro on the advice of the caretaker of the building and on the same day they did an inspection and a quote. In the afternoon I accepted everything and the next day they intervened performing a flawless job. Thank you, you put up with me and supported me incredibly. Well done. I put four stars for the high costs but the professionalism is paid.

La casa è al momento sgombra e non arredata e ho richiesto una pulizia a fondo che include l'interno di mobili e cassetti e dei sanitari. Mi mandano un preventivo di 347€ per 130mq per 3 persone. Se ne presentano solamente 2. Dopo 5h mi dicono che hanno finito dicendo che sono stanche e che hanno fatto tutto. Io al momento non mi sono ancora trasferito in questa abitazione, quindi ho dato un'occhiata veloce al loro lavoro, e sembrava tutto ok. Oggi dopo un attento controllo mi sono accorto che c'era polvere nella maggior parte dei cassettini, e che i tappi dei bagni non erano stati nemmeno sollevati (in quanto visibilmente sporchi sotto). Dopo aver chiesto un risarcimento ovviamente non mi hanno più risposto. Assolutamente da evitare I relied on this agency as I was looking for professional house cleaning services. The house is currently clear and unfurnished and I have requested a thorough cleaning which includes the interior of the furniture and drawers and the bathroom fixtures. They send me a quote of 347 € for 130sqm for 3 people. Only 2 show up. After 5h they tell me that they have finished saying that they are tired and that they have done everything. I haven't moved into this house yet, so I took a quick look at their work, and everything seemed fine. Today, after a careful check, I realized that there was dust in most of the drawers, and that the toilet caps had not even been raised (as they were visibly dirty underneath). After asking for compensation, of course, they never answered me again. Absolutely to be avoided
