★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho contattato un Vostro affiliato per un intervento di lucidatura e sistemazione dei pavimenti di tre stanze di una casa rurale, l'intervento riguardava il riprisino di due pavimenti in piastrelle di cemento colorate e di un pavimento in cotto: aspettative completamente deluse, piastrelle sbiadite, stuccature di un colore assurdo(rosa e bianche)(dove non sono mancanti) le piastrelle sostituite presentano rispetto alle esistenti un abbassamento di un centimetro, per il cotto invece ancora peggio sono diventate completamente bianche, non sono state stuccate. Mi aspetto almeno un immediato intervento di verifica da parte della Casa Madre al fine di evitare di intraprendere una azione legale.
I contacted one of your affiliates for a polishing and arrangement of the floors of three rooms of a rural house, the intervention concerned the repetition of two floors in colored cement tiles and a terracotta floor: completely disappointed expectations, faded tiles, stuccoes of an absurd color (pink and white) (where they are not missing) the replaced tiles have a lowering of one centimeter compared to the existing ones, for the cotto instead even worse they have become completely white, they have not been stuccoed. I expect at least immediate verification by the Mother House in order to avoid taking legal action.
