Assolutamente consigliato!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante il caldo di oggi , mi armo di buona pazienza e vado alla ricerca di un semplice abito blu da cerimonia. Claudio Miceli a CT , il commesso gentilissimo si ricorda benissimo di me e mi consiglia di andare nel loro negozio a ZAFFERANA perché c’è più assortimento e così alle 19.00 mi presento a quel di ZAFFERANA. Chiedo se il reparto abiti da cerimonia è sempre al secondo piano e salgo su. Il commesso molto solerte mi saluta ma sta già servendo dei clienti arrivati prima , inizio a dare un’occhiata agli abiti, colore, taglia e prezzi. Ogni tanto il commesso mi guarda ma è impossibilitato ad aiutarmi allora chiedo dove fosse l’abito che ho adocchiato della mia taglia, mi risponde ..... bella domanda, abbiamo avuto tanti clienti oggi e sono un po’ fuori posto, vabbè dico io. Il tempo passa e non arriva nessuno a servirmi e allora inizio io a provarmi le giacche che mi piacciono. Trovo un abito che mi piace molto e vorrei un suggerimento ma nessuno viene in mio aiuto. 19,45 rimetto tutto al suo posto e vado via senza nessuno che fosse mai venuto a servirmi. Non posso credere che in 45 minuti nessun commesso si fosse liberato per venire a servirmi!!!!
Despite today's heat, I arm myself with good patience and go in search of a simple blue formal dress. Claudio Miceli in CT, the very kind salesman remembers me very well and advises me to go to their shop in ZAFFERANA because there is more assortment and so at 7.00 pm I go to the one in ZAFFERANA. I ask if the formal wear department is always on the second floor and I go upstairs. The very diligent clerk greets me but is already serving customers who arrived earlier, I begin to take a look at the clothes, color, size and prices. Every so often the salesman looks at me but is unable to help me then I ask where was the dress I spotted in my size, he answers me ..... good question, we have had so many customers today and I'm a bit out of place, oh well I say I. Time passes and no one arrives to serve me and then I start trying on the jackets that I like. I find a dress that I really like and would like a suggestion but no one comes to my aid. 19.45 I put everything back in its place and leave without anyone who had ever come to serve me. I can't believe that in 45 minutes no salesman was free to come and serve me !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovavo a Zafferana Etnea con la mia ragazza e visitando la piazza principale ci siamo trovati davanti questo negozio e incuriosito da ciò che offrivano in vetrina abbiamo deciso di entrare per dare un'occhiata, così tanto per... Le mie ultime parole appunto perché intanto : siamo stati accolti benissimo dal personale presente all'ingresso e poi siamo andati al secondo piano dove invece ci siamo soffermati... Ci ha serviti Giovanni, un ragazzo brillante e gentile che ci ha messo a nostro agio senza essere petulante e con una tale professionalità è riuscito a conquistare la nostra fiducia e dal niente mi sono ritrovato in camerino a provare capi che mai avrei pensato di provare. Il modo naturale con cui mi ha proposto gli outfit mi ha conquistato e portato a spendere anche quando non pensavo di farlo. Che ben vengano commessi di questo calibro che confermano qualità e competenza. Livello ottimale su tutti i fronti. Bravi

Ho trovato e comprato il mio vestito da sposo dopo una lunga prova di svariati abiti tutti bellissimi (c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta) il sig. Silvio ha seguito me e i miei fratelli x i rispettivi abiti x tutto il pomeriggio e insieme al resto dello staff ci hanno dato un servizio unico...lo consiglio! Io sono andato nel punto vendita a zafferana ma hanno un altro punto vendita al centro a Catania...
Classy shop ... High-level staff ready to bring out the satisfied customer from the store ... Silvio has followed me and my brothers x x their clothes all afternoon and along with the rest of the staff gave us a unique service ... I recommend it! I went in the store to zafferana but they have another store in the center of Catania ...
