★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo studio di un editore che ha fatto del suo studio anche luogo d’incontro di artisti ed autori. L’unità immobiliare è quel che rimane di un palazzo del XVIII secolo crollato, parzialmente distrutto durante la II guerra mondiale. Sono stati effettuati complessi lavori di consolidamento ed i materiali utilizzati sono in gran parte quelli ricavati dalla demolizione delle murature esistenti. Un open-space con una scala centrale che collega e ordina i due livelli, delimitando gli spazi destinati ai servizi e alle aree di lavoro. L’uso di materiali di recupero (mattoncini e pietre) accoppiati in maniera armonica con elementi tecnologici come l’acciaio, il legno laccato ed il vetro, dona alla struttura un carattere forte ed innovativo.
The studio of a publisher who has made his studio a meeting place for artists and authors. The real estate unit is what remains of a collapsed eighteenth century palace, partially destroyed during World War II. Complex consolidation works have been carried out and the materials used are largely those obtained from the demolition of the existing walls. An open-space with a central staircase that connects and orders the two levels, defining the spaces for services and work areas. The use of recycled materials (bricks and stones) coupled in a harmonious way with technological elements such as steel, lacquered wood and glass, gives the structure a strong and innovative character.
