★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so se sia stato meglio il vino (eccezionale, dal dolcetto alla barbera al nebbiolo al barolo), vedere la cura e la passione pura con cui questi vini vengono prodotti oppure ancora disquisire per quasi due ore con Claudio di vino (non solo il suo, ma in generale un po' di tutto ciò che gira intorno al vino).
Esperienza unica, la più bella visita in cantina della mia vita. Da sottolineare: una delle poche cantine di langa e roero aperta la domenica.
Sui vini poco da aggiungere, la parola eccezionale non necessita altre aggiunte. E i prezzi... beh la ciliegina sulla torta.

I don't know if the wine was better (exceptional, from dolcetto to barbera to nebbiolo to barolo), to see the care and pure passion with which these wines are produced or to still discuss for almost two hours with Claudio di vino (not only his , but in general a bit of everything that revolves around wine).
Unique experience, the best visit to the cellar of my life. To underline: one of the few Langa and Roero wineries open on Sundays.
Sui little to add wines, outstanding word does not require other additions. And the prices ... well the icing on the cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cantina a gestione familiare dove è palpabile la cura del loro prodotto, il vino.
Ottima capacità narrativa per astrarre i degustatori sulle colline in cui crescono le uve pregiate. Sarà forse repertorio ma è coinvolgente sapere come è meglio curare le vigne, come gestirle più lentamente per non esasperarle troppo, come salvare l'acqua quando piove.
Creare il vino non è una opera facile.
La cantina ha solo 30 anni ma produce un vino ricercato e conosciuto
Family-run winery where the care of their product, the wine, is palpable.
Excellent narrative ability to abstract the tasters on the hills where the fine grapes grow. It may be repertoire but it is engaging to know how it is best to take care of the vineyards, how to manage them more slowly so as not to exasperate them too much, how to save water when it rains.
Creating wine is not an easy job.
The winery is only 30 years old but produces a refined and well-known wine
