★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fell in love with the store, the owner and her daughter. The service was exceptional, spending endless time and patience, with great care. Prices were less than half of the store across the alley. Owner was very clear about the origin and materials. It will be my first stop on my next trip to Venice. Highly recommended store for silver, semi precious and gold-plates jewelry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was looking at a bracelets price, one of the employees started getting louder and becoming really upset because I didn't understand her English the first time. Maybe she misunderstood my reaction to the price but that is no excuse for her behavior. The rings and bracelets were really beautiful and it's sad that she killed the good impression that we first had.
