★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente il personale e' qualificato, alla mano anche se in alcune situazioni potrebbero limitarsi, almeno con i clienti. Mi dispiace pubblicare una recensione negativa ma non posso farne a meno. Sono venuta di persona, non riuscendo a chiamare dato che non riescono a modificare il nuovo numero dal sito, senza appuntamento e ho dovuto aspettare che facessero altre persone, cosa giustissima, dopo di me entra una signora che aveva già preso appuntamento e lei aveva la precedenza, come giusto che sia, ma questa cosa non mi è stata detta appena sono entrata ma, al contrario, hanno detto che una volta che avrebbero finito con loro avrebbero fatto i miei capelli e così non è stato ma non fa niente, sono una persona disponibile e non è questo il problema paragonando ad un fatto altamente squallido. Se la mattina io mi alzo con la voglia di andare dal parrucchiere per la pigrizia di non fonarmi i capelli da sola, lo trovo altamente maleducato che il parrucchiere mi mette in mano la spazzola per pettinarmeli prima del lavaggio, teoricamente lo dovreste fare voi.
Surely the staff is qualified, easy-going even if in some situations they could be limited, at least with customers. I'm sorry to post a bad review but I can't help it. I came in person, unable to call as they can't change the new number from the site, without an appointment and I had to wait for other people to do it, which is quite right, after me a lady enters who had already made an appointment and she had the previously, as it should be, but this thing was not told to me as soon as I entered but, on the contrary, they said that once they were done with them they would do my hair and so it was not but it doesn't matter, I'm a available person and this is not the problem comparing to a highly bleak fact. If in the morning I get up with the desire to go to the hairdresser for the laziness of not blowing my hair alone, I find it highly rude that the hairdresser puts the brush in my hand to comb it before washing, theoretically you should do it.
