★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location calda , accogliente, personale giovane e simpatico. Tagliere salumi e formaggi senza glutine. Il palato incontra sapori ricercati: caciottina al tartufo, caciotta al vino, caciotta calabrese piccante. I salumi ben si accostano al vino suggerito Negroamaro . Il cotto, il crudo si sciolgono in bocca . La mortadella sembra sposata con i pistacchi e il salume piccante ricorda le rocce salentine sparse sulla costa. In compagnia o da soli è il giusto locale .
Warm, welcoming location, young and friendly staff. Gluten-free cold cuts and cheeses. The palate meets refined flavors: truffle caciottina, wine caciotta, spicy Calabrian caciotta. The cured meats go well with the suggested Negroamaro wine. The cotto, the raw melt in the mouth. Mortadella seems married to pistachios and the spicy salami recalls the Salento rocks scattered on the coast. In company or alone it is the right place.
