In the small barrel there is a good sandwich .... Will they be, I don't know, 20sqm of premises? Just the space for four burners, counter, cash desk, fridge and bathroom. That's all. Two cooks, a cashier and two delivery deliveries. This is enough to have an excellent result. I had honestly skeptical about the idea of ​​a pub brewery in via della stadera, a land renowned for pizzerias and fruit and vegetables, but it was a pleasure to be blown away by these guys. Let's start with order: arrival at 20.00 (I live in the adjacent park so I went down from home at 19.55), there is a person before me and I don't know how many orders to dispose of in delivery. The boy at the door apologizes for the chaos (but which one? Where? Maybe they see things that I don't see) and after two minutes at the checkout they take my order: a portion of bandidos (curry fried chicken), a sandwich with scamorza meatballs and aubergine parmesan, delicate sandwich (cheesesteak provola and potatoes). It is 20.05 more or less. After me other customers arrive, other orders via telephone and coming and going of sheets with orders, parcels that come out, etc. In short, there is life. Anyway, it is 20.25, the boy who welcomed me at the entrance tells me that my order is outgoing, the boy at the cash desk apologizes, and a crazy smell comes from the kitchen. 20.28 hours the guy from the cashier gives me a bag with two sandwiches, The bandidos and says "sorry for the wait, I put a portion of free chips" .... But really? I arrived at 20.00, I went out at 20.28 with a thousand apologies and a portion of free chips? Well if 28 minutes of waiting, on Saturday evening, with orders at the counter and on the phone that arrive continuously is enough to get a portion of chips for free then I hope for a longer wait next time, maybe two free beers come out. Anyway: at home we also ate cartoons at times. Delicious sandwiches, good bandidos, good chips. Staff young, fast (at least according to me and my Saturday night standards) and above all kind. Excellent sandwiches, quality, kindness and courtesy characterize the place run by young and smiling guys ... you can breathe an air of well-being beyond an excellent perfume ... I tried the sandwich with crumbled tarallo and cream of broccoli and I really must say excellent and tasty ... also the excellent flogheres cannoncini stuffed with caciocavallo and bacon and to finish the fried shrimp excellent alternative to the usual crab claws that are around! All good!
