U	UGO GENTILINI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo provato questo ristorante la prima sera perché ha un menu in convenzione con l’Hotel Ortensia in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Vi dico solo che alla fine abbiamo cenato tutte le sere qui perché sia il menu mezza pensione sia quello “a la carte” ci sono piaciuti tantissimo sia per varietà che per qualità. Primi e secondi a base di pesce fresco ma non solo. Ed una coccola finale con la frutta di stagione, melone cocomero ed albicocche fresche e buonissime. Ottima anche la scelta dei vini. Per non parlare della posizione lontano dal caos del porto e con un tramonto spettacolare essendo una terrazza che affaccia sulle piscine naturali e sull’isola di Palmarola. Ultima valutazione cui do cinque stelle, va alla cortesia del personale che ci ha sempre fatto sentire a nostro agio ed assecondato le nostre richieste. We tried this restaurant on the first evening because it has a menu in agreement with the Hotel Ortensia where we stayed. I just tell you that in the end we had dinner here every night because we liked both the half board and the "a la carte" menus a lot both for variety and quality. First and second courses based on fresh fish but not only. And a final cuddle with seasonal fruit, watermelon melon and fresh and delicious apricots. The choice of wines is also excellent. Not to mention the location away from the chaos of the port and with a spectacular sunset being a terrace overlooking the natural pools and the island of Palmarola. Last evaluation which I give five stars, goes to the courtesy of the staff who have always made us feel at ease and indulged our requests.

Tutto con la garanzia della massima qualità dei prodotti . Dall' antipasto al dolce ho trovato tutto ottimo. Inoltre, il personale è cortese, disponibile e professionale. Lo consiglio vivamente. Cuisine that satisfies both lovers of traditional dishes and those who prefer something original. All with the guarantee of the highest quality of products. From the appetizer to the dessert I found everything excellent. Furthermore, the staff are courteous, helpful and professional. I highly recommend it.

Oltre a quelli sul Menu è possibile ordinare diverse varianti. Da provare assolutamente il cannolo scomposto dello chef! Local in the historic center of Formia a stone's throw from the Mola tower. Purtroppo, nostro malgrado, causa disguido nelle comande, abbiamo riscontrato lunghe attese ma molto probabilmente trattasi di caso isolato. Il personale si è prontamente reso disponibile a recuperare quanto prima e si è scusato dell'inconveniente... sarebbe stata gradita un attenzione sul conto. In compenso non possiamo che confermare l'altissima qualità del cibo e ricerca accurata delle portate. Da riprovare! Very nice location, excellent hospitality and attention to the customer. Unfortunately, in spite of ourselves, due to misunderstandings in the orders, we encountered long waits but most likely this is an isolated case. The staff promptly made themselves available to recover as soon as possible and apologized for the inconvenience ... an attention on the bill would have been appreciated. On the other hand, we can only confirm the very high quality of the food and careful research of the courses. To try again!
R	Rosario Giappone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ristorante è situato in una viale a Formia. Entrambi i camerieri sono stati molto ospitali, ci hanno accolti calorosamente. È molto grande sia all'interno che all'esterno, il locale è molto fresco e ben arredato. Il punto forte sono le pietanze di pesce, dalla frittura dei calamari al risotto agli agrumi. Forse il prezzo è un po' eccessivo, considerando che abbiamo preso un antipasto diviso ogni due persone, un primo a testa e due bottiglie di vino. Sulla qualità delle portate nulla da ridire, veramente buona.
