Nel mio caso c'è stato un ritardo di un giorno. Non mi hanno avvisato, ma non è stata una tragedia, ho chiamato in sede, si sono scusati per il ritardo e mi hanno dato il numero personale dell'autista che l'indomani mi avrebbe consegnato il pacco. Quindi il giorno dopo mi sono accordato sull'orario e sono stato avvisato quando stava per arrivare. La tracking funzionava. A telefono a me hanno risposto.
Mi dispiace per tutte le recensioni negative, forse fanno un pò di ritardo, ma niente di grave, infondo sono stati molto gentili... e non è poca cosa.
