Anche se sono presenti vari sportelli è attiva solo una biglietteria per il servizio urbano, i servizi igienici sono fruibili secondo gli orari della biglietteria. Sarebbe utile ampliare gli orari, attivare altri sportelli per la biglietteria del servizio extraurbano, un info point per le informazioni turistiche, potenziare l'illuminazione e magari prevedere un posto fisso di polizia locale in quanto, anche se vietato, nel piazzale si parcheggiano auto, rendendo difficile le manovre degli autobus e la sera dopo le 20:00 il luogo è frequentato da gente non proprio tranquilla. C	Chris Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaotic bus terminal. Staff try and help but it must be a tough job! Always give yourself plenty of time to get tickets and/or info! Bus timetables are bonkers too. Does make it an interesting experience though!
a	anas7287 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the terminal speaks English fluently which is nice for tourists. There are maps of the city around the place which is again helpful if you want to figure out your itinerary. Coffee shop and food truck is also nearby.
