★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not take this service, you will ruin your trip. For starters it doesn't leave on time. The 1 hour 20mins drive from sorrento to amalfi ended up being over 2 hours. Then the amalfi to ravello bus was over 1/2 hour late. A few of us ended up taking a cab. Then on the way down to amalfi the bus was over an hour late. When it came not everyone could get on. The half hour ride down took over an hour and I just had time to catch the 7:15 back to sorrento. There were so many people and not everyone got on so they had to take the local bus.
Also the wifi doesn't work. And they advertise it being a double decker bus and it's not. I spent the day waiting for buses rather than site seeing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the high winds, the ferries were not running from Capri to Amalfi. But they were running to Sorrento. We had to figure out an economical way to get back to Amalfi. When we stopped at the Tourist Information desk, they recommended the City Sightseeing red bus. It worked out perfectly and was only 20 euros for the two of us. The bus was air conditioned and they could store our luggage underneath the bus.
The person booking the people for the tour, made sure that there was one line for getting onto the bus and there was no pushing or shoving to get on. We were lucky enough to get the front seat and so had amazing views and was able to take some pictures along the way. They did give us headphones but we were content to just enjoy the amazing vistas along the way. The bus only stopped in Positano--which was high up from town and Amalfi. Also, because this is a bus, you were able to sit much higher than being in a private sedan tour. The views that you got were so much better than sitting in a car. I was thrilled with the ride and the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved it! We got a seat on an A/C bus from Sorrento to Positano and from Positano to Almalfi and then the return from Almalfi back to Sorrento. You get headphones you can keep for some commentary both ways. Well worth the 21 Euros to sit back and enjoy the sights and not have to worry about your transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our driver was amazing, the sights of the Amalfi coast truly breathtaking. We found the audio portion of the trip to be lacking, but the tour itself made up for any deficiency in the audio.
