★ ★ ★ ★ ★ brings you to a sort of a ghetto, payment machine doesn't accept cards (probably live personnel can help but there was a line and I was in a hurry), when giving me change, among euro coins gave me 1 bulgarian lev which someone must have tricked it with in sense of a euro coin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very parctical parking space if you vist the city for some hours, the free spaces were available and the location in near metro and also city center by walk. The only negative thing was the confusion you will have when you want to exit as exit in eahc floor will led to a different place.
