Da Gennaio 2022 tutti i comuni possono rilasciare certificati anche dei non residenti. Chiamo il Comune presso cui abito e mi dice che non è possibile, ha troppa gente allo sportello e mi congeda bruscamente. Provo a prendere contatti con il Comune di Venegono Superiore: una signora squisita e gentilissima e tutto lo staff presente mi supportano e risolvono il problema in pochissimo tempo! Basta davvero poco per soddisfare le richieste del cittadino e rendere funzionali gli uffici, le giornate. I cittadini sono più soddisfatti e si sorride a chi gestisce gli enti pubblici... grazie al Comune di Venegono Superiore per aver risolto la questione che ho sottoposto pur non essendo loro compaesana.
