Alla mail rispondono di telefonare ai numeri di cui prima. Online, nel 2020, non è possibile prenotare. Vergogna. Impossible to make an appointment to make an identity card. Abbiamo fatto le scale almeno tre volte cercando di capire dove potevamo accedere. Dalle vetrate non di vede nessuno, i campanelli sono in disuso le indicazioni vaghe. Alla fine abbiamo suonato a terreno all'unico campanello funzionante per accesso a portatori di handicap. Una signora, nemmeno troppo gentile, ci ha però indicato la terrazza, dove eravamo già stati, e ci ha detto di BUSSARE Al VETRO per farci aprire.
