★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In tempi di Covid è stato necessario prendere appuntamento per la pratica che dovevo fare. Mi sono presentato sll' ora concordata e non ho aspettato nemmeno un minuto. L' impiegata e' stata gentilissima, cortese ed efficiente. In un quarto d'ora ho sbrigato tutto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due giorni che provo a contattare il punto si per un appuntamento senza risposta. Se queso è il servizio resi ai cittadini meglio cambiare mestiere. Non si cerchi la scusa del covid perché le difficoltà sono note a tutti e d'altra parte ci sono attività aperte al pubblico come i negozi che operano regolarmente, mentre non si capisce il perché il comune o altre organizzazioni debbano ancora ricevere solo su appuntamento. Almeno organizzatevi a rispondere al centralino
Two days I try to contact point yes for an unanswered appointment. If this is the service rendered to citizens, it is better to change jobs. Do not look for the covid excuse because the difficulties are known to everyone and on the other hand there are activities open to the public such as shops that operate regularly, while it is not clear why the municipality or other organizations still have to receive by appointment only. At least get organized to answer the switchboard
