Chiami per prendere un appuntamento e quando arrivi se dici che hai chiamato e al telefono ti hanno detto di venire quel giorno a quell'ora ti ridono in faccia e con una maleducazione allucinante ti dicono che devi prendere un altro appuntamento. Trattata male da una dipendente che mi ha presa in giro, insinuando che dal momento che non era riuscita a mettersi in contatto con il liceo presso cui mi sono diplomata, mi ha chiesto se almeno le elementari le avevo fatte o se ero analfabeta. Da galera!!!
Rude and boors. You call to make an appointment and when you arrive if you say you called and on the phone they told you to come that day at that time they laugh at you and with a hallucinating rudeness they tell you that you have to make another appointment. Badly treated by an employee who teased me, insinuating that since she hadn't been able to get in touch with the high school I graduated from, she asked me if at least I had done elementary school or if I was illiterate. From jail !!!
