L'ufficio anagrafe con il suo fenomeno occhialuto allo sportello è capace di rendere tutto più difficile e complicato. Non risolve i problemi e non offre soluzioni.
Sono lontani i tempi di Leone Zenari e la sua efficacia e gentilezza. Un peccato, davvero.
