Nessuna comunicazione chiara con i cittadini.
Slow and badly organized in the management of public works. (Borgo Pieve closed for more than two months and continuous postponements of the completion date without providing explanations to the residents.)
No clear communication with citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finché date multe per sosta fuori dagli spazi anche nei giorni dei mercatini di Natale vi potete scordare che la gente ci ritorna. Almeno ci fossero parcheggi in abbondanza. Vergognatevi.
Consiglio vivamente di non andare nei giorni di eventi o manifestazioni varie.
As long as you give fines for parking outside the spaces even in the days of the Christmas markets you can forget that people return there. At least there was plenty of parking. Shame on you.
I highly recommend not to go on the days of various events or demonstrations.

Helpful and kind staff. Unfortunately, being in the historic center, the possibilities of accessing it with cars and disabled people are limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel centro di Castelfranco potete trovare la pavimentazione di sanpietrini peggiore d'Italia, ottima per rovinare gli ammortizzatori e per far "ballare"gli automobilisti. A casa mia se un artigiano non fa il lavoro come dovuto glielo faccio rifare oppure mi rifiuto di pagarlo.
In the center of Castelfranco you can find the worst cobblestone pavement in Italy, excellent for ruining the shock absorbers and for making motorists "dance". In my house, if a craftsman does not do the work as it should, I make him do it again or I refuse to pay for it.
