★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'edificio è agibile ma mostra evidenti segni di degrado e di abbandono. La superficie è sfruttata male perché progettata peggio. È un palazzo o meglio una casa a tre piani con tante luci accese anche quando non servono e molte stanze buie dove invece servirebbe molta luce sui fatti e sugli atti che vengono gelosamente protetti e tramandati da sindaco in sindaco. Per il resto di ciò che c'è non manca nulla ma manca tutto il resto.
The building is accessible but shows clear signs of degradation and abandonment. The surface is badly exploited because it is designed worse. It is a building or rather a three-storey house with lots of lights even when you don't need it and many dark rooms where instead a lot of light would be needed on the facts and the acts that are jealously protected and handed down from mayor to mayor.
