Dall'ultimo evento sismico del 1980 tutta la popolazione si è iniziata a trasferire. Il paese vecchio è definito fantasma perché ormai disabitato ed è caratterizzato da un nucleo storico molto interessante con emergenza architettoniche di tutto rispetto come il Castello Dell'Ettore. È stato set cinematografico del film "Il Bene Mio" e di video musicali. Davvero un luogo che merita una visita perché intriso di storia.
Apice (BN) is made up of two urban planning entities, one that was inhabited until 1980, the other began to build on another site since 1968. Since the last earthquake in 1980, the entire population has begun to transfer . The old town is defined as a ghost because it is now uninhabited and is characterized by a very interesting historical nucleus with respectable architectural features such as the Ettore Castle. It was the film set of the movie "Il Bene Mio" and music videos. Truly a place that is worth a visit because it is steeped in history.
