★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cmq una stella e pari a zero. Personale scortese e non è la prima volta. Se uno chiede caffè in vetro e acqua in monouso, non puoi fare come sembra di aver sentito. Se non sei convinto chiedi di nuovo e non fai la faccia da saputella. Se sbagli correggi lo sbaglio.
Anyway one star is zero. Rude staff and it's not the first time. If one asks for coffee in glass and disposable water, you can't do as you seem to have heard. If you are not convinced, ask again and do not make the face of a know-it-all. If you make a mistake, correct the mistake.
