★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immobile dove sono presenti le sedi di diverse associazioni sportive: FIGC, FIPAV, CSI, FICR .... Le stesse organizzazioni effettuano presso la palazzina corsi, riunioni, aggiornamenti ecc. in quanto sono presenti diverse sale riunioni. All'esterno è presente un ampio parcheggio gratuito. Adiacente vi sono anche campi da tennis.
