Great redevelopment nice place, a bit too confusing with heavy vehicles (which run like F1) but in my opinion still expandable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci vado principalmente in occasione di corsi organizzate dall'ANCE di Venezia. La struttura è molto bella e ben organizzata, sopratutto la sala conferenze, veramente ben fatta. Purtroppo la posizione è veramente infelice...in fianco al porto di Marghera non è una location degna della struttura. La strada di accesso è distrutta dai mezzi pesanti che circolano in continuazione e i parcheggi, che al prima vista sembrano essere numerosi, in caso di corsi invece, dove l'affluenza è elevata, bisogna inventarsi sempre dei nuovi parcheggi. Peccato.
I go mainly to courses organized by the ANCE of Venice. The structure is very nice and well organized, especially the conference room, really well done. Unfortunately, the location is really unhappy ... next to the port of Marghera is not a location worthy of the structure. The access road is destroyed by heavy vehicles that circulate all the time and the car parks, which at first glance appear to be numerous, in the case of courses however, where the turnout is high, you have to always invent new parking. Sin.
