La scelta di immobili presente in questa agenzia è veramente molto ampia, appena definito il budget mi hanno proposto case da Cannobio fino ad Arona tralasciando la sponda lombarda perchè non di mio interesse. Trovata la zona di competenza ci siamo focalizzati su una ventina di immobili e da qui abbiamo inziato le visite. Fatta la scelta si sono occupati di tutte le pratiche burocratiche e bancarie facendomi addirittura avere un mutuo a condizioni pazzesche che neanche la mia banca riusciva a farmi avere, quindi 2 firme e sono diventato proprietario dell'immobile. Fantastico! La consiglio caldamente a chi è alla ricerca dell'immobile dei suo sogni. Serious and very competent staff! The choice of properties in this agency is really very wide, as soon as the budget was defined they offered me houses from Cannobio to Arona, leaving out the Lombardy side because they are not of my interest. Once we found the area of expertise, we focused on about twenty properties and from here we started the visits. Made the choice, they took care of all the bureaucratic and banking practices, even making me have a mortgage on crazy terms that not even my bank could get me, so 2 signatures and I became the owner of the property. Fantastic! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the property of their dreams.
