Mostrando sin da subito il mio interesse, concordiamo di risentirci telefonicamente per provare il furgone. Passano 15 giorni e nel frattempo faccio numerose chiamate per chiedere quando potevo andare, ma mi veniva sempre negato! Alla mia penultima chiamata parlo con il "signor" Giovanni, al quale spiego la situazione è restiamo che mi avrebbe fatto sapere, ma ahimè silenzio tombale! Passa un'altro giorno e provo a chiamare di nuovo, parlo con il "signor" Luigi che dopo varie battute, tranquillamente mi dice che il furgone era stato venduto perché un signore ( sicuramente più signore di voi ) passando di lì l'aveva comprato seza neanche provarlo! Vergognosi! ZERO professionalism! When I went to the dealership to see a van, "Signor" Luigi offered me what we had already talked about over the phone. By showing my interest right away, we agree to resent by phone to try the van. 15 days go by and in the meantime I make several calls to ask when I could go, but I was always denied! On my penultimate call I speak with "Signor" Giovanni, to whom I explain the situation, we remain who would have let me know, but alas tomb silence! Another day goes by and I try to call again, I speak with "Signor" Luigi who after several jokes, quietly tells me that the van had been sold because a gentleman (certainly more lord than you) passing by had bought it seza not even try it! Shameful!
