★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente pessimo servizio: avevo necessità della sola guarnizione del gruppo valvola di scarico/carico di una vaschetta Geberit. Ho chiesto al banco e mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto prendere tutto il gruppo, perché la sola guarnizione non era disponibile sul mercato. Sul web invece la si trova facilmente: ho fatto male a fidarmi! Risultato 53 euro e passa. Mai più da loro, mai più commercio al dettaglio, solo Amazon! Poi non venite a lamentarvi se chiuderete tutti!
Absolutely bad service: I only needed the gasket of the drain / fill valve assembly of a Geberit basin. I asked at the counter and they told me that I would have to take the whole group, because the only garnish was not available on the market. On the web, on the other hand, it is easy to find: I was wrong to trust! Result 53 euros and pass. No more from them, no more retail, just Amazon! Then don't come and complain if you all close!
