★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza con i sindacalisti della CISL di Castellammare, sita in via Amato, è stata a dir poco deludente. Quando mi sono recata dai sindacalisti su citati e ho esposto il mio problema, mi hanno risposto che quanto avevo loro riferito e documentato era gravissimo, ma dopo che gli stessi si erano incontrati con i responsabili della scuola dove presto servizio, la musica è cambiata e la risposta è stata che non c'era nulla da fare, si fa presente che, una delle responsabili della scuola è una loro R.S.U. Pertanto, per trovare una soluzione mi sono dovuta rivolgere all'Ufficio scolastico regionale e alla procura della repubblica. Questo atteggiamento mi ha profondamente delusa e soprattutto, mi ha fatto perdere completamente fiducia nel sindacato, che pare avere più interesse ad accordarsi con i dirigenti che difendere i lavoratori.
 My experience with the CISL trade unionists in Castellammare, located in Via Amato, has been disappointing to say the least. When I went to the aforementioned trade unionists and explained my problem, they replied that what I had reported and documented to them was very serious, but after they had met with the heads of the school where I soon served, the music changed and the answer was that there was nothing to do, it should be noted that one of the heads of the school is their RSU Therefore, to find a solution, I had to contact the regional school office and the public prosecutor's office. This attitude has deeply disappointed me and above all, made me completely lose faith in the union, which seems to have more interest in agreeing with the leaders than defending the workers.
