★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi dare zero stelle lo farei. La CISL è stata chiamata a tutelare me e altri dipendenti durante il passaggio da un’azienda a un’altra per il cambio gestione. Alla fine mi sono ritrovato con il contratto variato da full time e part time senza il mio consenso ( non ho firmato nulla ne visto la variazione del contratto, nonostante mi fosse stato garantito un full time) e mi è stato risposto che non si poteva fare niente. Ho chiesto assistenza per mesi dopo aver anche pagato la quota associativa e non è mai stato fatto nulla. Il sindacalist che ha seguito tutta la questione ( di cui non faccio il nome anche se lo vorrei) ha fatto gli interessi dell’azienda che mi ha preso in giro, quindi oltre al danno la beffa. Questo mi fa pensare che questo sindacato sia un bluff e non tuteli i diritti dei lavoratori
If I could give zero stars I would. CISL was called upon to protect me and other employees during the transition from one company to another for the change of management. In the end I found myself with the contract changed from full time to part time without my consent (I did not sign anything or saw the change in the contract, although I was guaranteed a full time) and I was told that it could not be done nothing. I asked for assistance for months after even paying the membership fee and nothing was ever done. The trade unionist who followed the whole issue (whose name I do not mention even if I would like to) acted in the interests of the company that made fun of me, so in addition to insulting injury. This makes me think that this union is a bluff and does not protect workers' rights
