★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi metterei -5 oggi preso appuntamento quindi quaranta minuti al telefono mi danno l appuntamento aspetto un ora e dopo mi ritrovo una signora che modi scortesi mi accoglie e inizia a brontolare perché non avevo tutte le carte e continua per tutto il tempo a brontolare perché la gente si presenta senza carte e con modi pessimi invece di spiegare alle persone dato che non tutti siamo esperti ha continuato in modo sgarbato fin che mi sono alzata e me ne sono andata dato i modi dell impiegata e mi sono ripromessa che mai più ci tornerò
If I could put -5 today I made an appointment then forty minutes on the phone they give me the appointment I wait an hour and then I find myself a lady who rude ways welcomes me and starts to grumble because I did not have all the papers and continues all the time to grumble because people show up without papers and in bad ways instead of explaining to people as not all of us are experts continued rudely until I got up and walked away given the employee's ways and promised myself that I will never go back
