Recensisco con 5 stelle perché non posso darne 6... e concludo complimentandomi con l'intero organico, garantendo la mia più totale volontà a farmi tutelare da loro anche in futuro. Grazie davvero!?? I am amazed to see such a low evaluation of the Ravenna CISL, because I can only sincerely thank the employees Cristina and Serena for the work done with extreme efficiency, promptness and professionalism. I review with 5 stars because I can not give 6 ... and I conclude by congratulating the entire staff, guaranteeing my total desire to be protected by them also in the future. Thank you so much! ??

Mi hanno detto che andava bene e fissato appuntamento, salvo scoprire che non erano in grado di farlo (che è copiare due numeri da un foglio a un altro). Quindi, ho buttato via due settimane e stampato decine di fogli (perchè il formato elettronico figuriamoci...) per via della loro incompetenza. Non mi hanno neanche chiesto scusa per il disagio arrecato. Sintesi: TOTALE MANCANZA DI PROFESSIONALITA'. DA EVITARE. I applied to fill in the 730 specifying that I would have to declare two trading accounts. So, I threw two weeks away and printed dozens of sheets (because the electronic format let alone ...) because of their incompetence. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience caused. Mi chiamano informandomi che devono posticipare/disdire in quanto non risulto iscritta al Sindacato. Intanto li informo che mio marito è iscritto ma poiché la domanda la faccio io mi fate pagare 20€. Inoltre mi rinviate appuntamento.....Addio. Unprofessional. I booked an appointment for family allowances at the beginning of January. Ho girato tanti sindacati di scuola, ma il signor Benini è unico. Ogni volta che chiamo risponde sempre, molto preparato. L'esperienza fà tanto. 5 stelle meritate! L	Leila Cascianini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per mia fortuna non ho mai avuto bisogno di un sindacato, mi sono rivolta alla Cisl di Via Vulcano per informazioni inerenti la fruizione della maternità e per poter fare l'isee e mi sono sempre trovata di fronte ad interlocutori (centralino e una "signora" che si occupa degli isee) poco cordiali e per niente disponibili nonostante, dato il bisogno, avevo espresso la volontà di pagargli il disturbo (anche se l'isee di diritto dovrebbe essere gratuito...). Vedremo se qualcuno mi potrà aiutare. Fortunatamente esiste il Caf CISL di via Vulcano a Ravenna! Ho prenotato online l'appuntamento per compilare il mod. 730 e un paio di giorni prima mi è stato ricordato via mail e poi via SMS. È il secondo anno che mi rivolgo a loro e posso confermare le già buone impressioni che ho avuto l'anno scorso. Oggi sono tornato e ho avuto la fortuna di essere seguito dalla signora Zanelli Irene, preparatissima e ha risposto con molta professionalità alle domande che le ho posto, togliendomi ogni dubbio in materia. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del servizio reso e lo consiglierò a chi ne ha bisogno. Grazie per la vostra competenza.
