Cercate un altro patronato e non perdete tempo qui.
 After three weeks of waiting on the phone all morning, never being able to talk to someone to make an appointment, I gave up.
Look for another patronage and don't waste time here.

Ma vogliamo, mettere parlare con loro, o ascoltare per 40 Min."Attendere prego"!!!
Per tutto il resto c'è.."Faccio da me".
Bad .. they should answer the phone from Monday to Thursday, from 10.00 to 12.00 ..
But we want to, put talk to them, or listen for 40 Min. "Please wait" !!!
For everything else there is .. "I do it myself".

Per lavorare in questo modo potreste chiudere,almeno evitereste di far perdere tempo alla gente.

You are outrageous, hours and hours of waiting on the phone while you mind your own business.
To work in this way you could close, at least you would avoid wasting people's time.

basterebbe un po più di umanità ed umiltà e il sincero desiderio che chi si rivolge a voi ottenga ciò che gli spetta di diritto...
Unfortunately I have seen the service of this patronage get worse and worse. Rude, incompetent and arrogant staff, unable to see, admit and remedy the mistakes made!
a little more humanity and humility would be enough and the sincere desire that those who turn to you get what they are entitled to ...
