Non tornerò più. Non posso andare di persona a prenotare un appuntamento per integrazione, che mi è stata comunicata come possibile proprio dal sindacato.....perderò l'opportunità, certo non andrò in rovina ma che brutto. Tra di voi c'è chi mi telefona a casa per avvertirmi che posso recuperare spese non dichiarate ....e c'è chi non mi risponde mai quando telefono: che dire? Mi sono allora recato sul posto dopo il lavoro, arrivo una manciata di minuti prima delle 18 ma trovo la porta giá chiusa con la receptionist dentro che ovviamente mi ignora...arrivano brevemente le 18 e ovviamente la signora se ne va cosigliandomi (!!) di andare il mattino presto per prendere un appuntamento. Sicchè io dovrei recarmi una prima volta per un appuntamento ed una seconda volta per sbrigare la pratica che mi interessa.... Andassero a quel paese! Gli italiani che hanno un'attività che richiede contatti con il pubblico dovrebbero imparare un po' di galateo del telefono. Questa è un'abitudine troppo diffusa in Italia. Ogni volta che sono andata ho notato la sua innata capacità di gestire positivamente qualsiasi situazione e, visto che è il primo ad interfacciarsi al pubblico, è molto esposto a discussioni (futili ma seccanti) da parte degli utenti in attesa di entrare. In Il suo atteggiamento bonario e ironico è un grande punto di forza. Per quanto riguarda i servizi offerti, mi sono sempre trovata molto bene: sempre riuscita a ottenere appuntamenti in tempistiche brevi e soddisfatta del trattamento ricevuto.
