 I always recommend, I am registered there 5-6 years ago I am fine, welcoming and kind staff ready to help you, to improve schedules (respect appointments) you must always wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann nur einen Stern vergeben,da die erbrachte Leistung ,das was ich dafür bezahle in keinster Weise gerechtfertigt ist. Telefonisch zu erreichen eine Katastrophe, Warteschleife unendlich!! Personal sehr unhöflich und arrogant man wird hier nicht ernst genommen, hat man eine Frage wird man auf nächste Woche abgewimmelt oder es wird einem gesagt sie wissen ja mehr wie wir!! Ich bin seit mehreren Jahren Mitglied und die paar mal was ich die cisl im Jahr brauche ist sie das Geld nicht wert.Mein Sohn wurde keine Arbeitslosen Gesuch gemacht wenn er nicht Mietglied ist!! Für was ist eine Gewerkschaft da??? Nur den Leuten das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehn und Informationen kann man sich wo anders holen !!!
Can only award one star, because the service provided, what I pay for it is in no way justified. A disaster can be reached by phone, the queue is infinite !! Staff very rude and arrogant you are not taken seriously here, if you have a question you will be dismissed for next week or you will be told they know more like us! I have been a member for several years and the few times I need the cisl a year it is not worth the money. My son was not made an unemployment application if he is not a member! What is a union for ??? Only to pull the money out of the people's pockets and information can be found elsewhere!
