They don't answer the phone when it comes to just having information. Also poorly prepared, they rebound responsibility on others for matters they don't even know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ impossibile parlare con qualcuno telefonicamente, anche armandosi di pazienza, una volta "scalata" la coda, si arriva inevitabilmente al momento in cui ci viene riattaccato il telefono in faccia.
a questo punto anche per fare una semplice domanda e risolvere un dubbio in 30 secondi, si dovrà andare di persona e fare coda
A distanza di una settimana rettifico parzialmente (da 1 a 3 stelle)in quanto a seguito mail per richiesta appuntamento sono stato contattato telefonicamente (dopo 2/3gg), e successivamente ri-contattato per aver conferma della risoluzione del mio problema. Personale disponibile ma evidentemente sovraccarico di richieste
impossible to talk to someone by phone, even arming yourself with patience, once you "climb" the queue, you inevitably arrive at the moment when the phone is hung up in your face.
at this point, even to ask a simple question and resolve a doubt in 30 seconds, you will have to go in person and queue
After a week I partially rectify (from 1 to 3 stars) as following email for requesting an appointment I was contacted by phone (after 2/3 days), and subsequently re-contacted to confirm the resolution of my problem. Staff helpful but obviously overloaded with requests
