Un appunto non da poco:attesa snervante alle casse, dovrebbero dedicare una delle 3 casse, per la registrazione della card Cisalfa, non si può stare in coda più di 20 minuti in attesa che completino le registrazioni per attivare le stesse.
 Excellent Store, wide assortment of brands for clothing, and footwear. A noteworthy note: a nerve-wracking wait at the cash desks, they should dedicate one of the 3 cash desks, for the registration of the Cisalfa card, you cannot stand in queue for more than 20 minutes waiting for the registrations to be completed to activate them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati oggi io e mio marito per acquistare una tuta e devo dire che abbiamo passato un'ora davvero piacevole. Ramona la ragazza che ci ha seguito nell'acquisto e,le sue colleghe del quale non conosco il nome sono state impeccabili e gentili. Il negozio offre una scelta davvero ampia e soddisfacente e,avere la persona giusta che ti consiglia è fondamentale. Nonostante abitiamo a Conversano ,torneremo ad acquistare.
My husband and I went today to buy a suit and I have to say we had a really enjoyable hour. Ramona the girl who followed us in the purchase and her colleagues whose name I do not know were impeccable and kind. The shop offers a really wide and satisfying choice and having the right person to recommend you is essential. Although we live in Conversano, we will be back to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile sostituire una felpa, di taglia errata, ricevuta come regalo natalizio perché "non è possibile ordinare" nonstante la vastissima scelta presente sul loro sito di e-commerce (opzione disponibile se non si effettua un cambio), ma potevo solo scegliere tra quello che è rimasto nel negozio. Quello di taglia large rimasto era pochissimo e non di mio gusto.
Sono un buon cliente, con tanto di tessera, ma questa è l'ultima volta che metterò piede in questa catena di distribuzione, e mi spenderò per sconsigliarlo a tutti.
P.S. Distanziamento sociale inesistente.
Impossible to replace a sweatshirt, of the wrong size, received as a Christmas gift because "it is not possible to order" despite the huge choice on their e-commerce site (option available if you do not make a change), but I could only choose between what remained in the shop. The large one left was very little and not to my taste.
I am a good customer, complete with a card, but this is the last time I will set foot in this distribution chain, and I will spend it on not recommending it to everyone.
P.S. Social distancing non-existent.
