Dopo 10 minuti buoni di attesa ne rintraccio una che è stata parecchio sgarbata, quasi le recava noia controllare se c'era il numero di scarpe che cercavo. Sono andata via comunque ringraziandola, magari capisce cos'è la gentilezza. Mai più. This morning. No orders around, apart from one at the cash desk. After a good 10 minutes of waiting I find one that was quite rude, it almost bothered her to check if there was the shoe size I was looking for. I left anyway thanking her, maybe she understands what kindness is. Never again.

Venerdi mattino 18 settembre 2020 entro in negozio per acquistare un paio di scarpe da pallavolo, appena arrivata ne vedo subito un paio che mi piacciono della mizuno, di quelle alte, chiamo la commessa e mo dice :- arrivo! Arriva la commessa e anziché servire me serve un altro signore e va in cassa, aspetto qualche minuto e la chiamo di nuovo e lei :- si arrivò! Stessa procedura, viene verso di me e serve di nuovo un'altra cliente. Beh a questo punto, sentendomi presa in giro, vado via. Per le commesse magari perdere una cliente non è niente... ma facendo così, la clientela verrà sempre meno! Io da parte mia non metterò mai più piede li. If I could I would have given it 0 stars. Friday morning 18 September 2020 I enter the store to buy a pair of volleyball shoes, as soon as I arrive I immediately see a pair that I like from mizuno, the tall ones, I call the saleswoman and she says: - I'm coming! The saleswoman arrives and instead of serving me I need another gentleman and goes to the cashier, I wait a few minutes and call her again and she: - yes there! Same procedure, she comes towards me and serves another customer again. Well at this point, feeling teased, I leave. For orders, perhaps losing a customer is nothing ... but by doing so, the customers will be less and less! I for my part will never set foot there again.
