I prezzi sono decisamente più alti rispetto alla media, ma la maggior qualità del lavoro rende la spesa maggiore decisamente più sostenibile. Officina consigliata, così come il reparto vendite!! High professionalism and patience. Great respect towards the customer, with the possibility of agreeing on the timetable for every whim of their car. The prices are much higher than the average, but the higher quality of the work makes the higher spending definitely more sustainable. Recommended workshop, as well as the sales department !!

Ho chiesto assistenza a questo service in via straordinaria (in quanto trasferitami per lavoro qui a Macerata), per controllare la spia airbag accesa sulla mia golf. Mi viene fermamente detto che non possono aiutarmi. Conoscendo i tempi di attesa della mia officina Volkswagen di fiducia, immagino che anche qua la storia non sia diversa, chiedo quando potrò tornare con calma, per lasciare l'auto ed effettuare un controllo approfondito, di nuovo mi viene ribadito che proprio non vogliono mettere le mani sull'auto, in quanto non la conoscono e non se ne assumono la responsabilità. Se non sanno loro dove mettere le mani su una golf 7... Morale: mi sono rivolta ad un'officina opel vicino al mio appartamento per avere un altro parere, problema risolto in pochi minuti e nemmeno volevano essere pagati per la banalità dell'intervento. If they don't know where to get their hands on a golf 7 ... Moral: I turned to an opel workshop near my apartment for another opinion, problem solved in a few minutes and they didn't even want to be paid for the banality of the intervention.

Forse sono trasparente, ma mi aveva visto perché ogni tanto mi chiedeva cosa volevo. Nel frattempo l'altro suo collega si liberava ed invece di chiamarmi accoglieva altro cliente. L'idea di non rispondere al telefono mentre un cliente ti è fisicamente davanti non lo ha proprio sfiorato. Alla fine me ne sono andato. Mai successa una cosa simile con altre concessionarie sia della stessa marca che di altre case. Semplicemente mai più.
