E	Edoardo Tabanelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è facile recensire questo circolo, perchè bisogna prima uscire dal concetto del ristorante per entrare nel concetto del circolo, cioè di un posto non aperto sempre i cui proprietari non sono ristoratori professionisti e che propongono un'idea di menu fisso abbinato ad una mostra.. in questo periodo è presente una mostra di un'artista che compone opere di sale. Ritengo che nonostante i costi effettivamente non bassi, l'esperienza valga comunque il prezzo del biglietto, perchè un locale cosi raccolto, intimo, romantico e con un'idea cosi originale sia unico e pertanto non vada demonizzato per i prezzi (sui quali tra l'altro penso sia difficile chiedere meno proprio per le motivazioni che dicevo prima), ma piuttosto sostenuto per l'idea... almeno qualcosa di diverso sul mercato! Merita le 5 stelle, ma ne do 4 perchè mancava un piatto al menu pensato e per il percorso che propongono non può mancare o essere sostituito da un altro volante che non rispecchiava la qualità di tutti gli altri piatti. Prezzi spropositati per un menu davvero scarso e di qualità mediocre. La mostra allestita nei loro spazi davvero poco interessante così come la descrizione dei piatti associata alla mostra veramente monotona e ripetitiva. Da un circolo così decantato mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di diverso! I was at a club dinner the other night pushed by the extremely positive reviews, but in three words a real disappointment. Con questa consapevolezza occorre essere predisposti a lasciarsi guidare in questo viaggio che non prevede la scelta del menù... Io personalmente sono rimasta molto soddisfatta dalla qualità dei piatti, studiati e ben equilibrati nei sapori, in bilico tra conosciuto e nuovo che ti sorprende... Il locale è curato nei particolari e ha caratteristiche tipiche di Santarcangelo come la grotta tufacea visitabile. L'atmosfera è calda e familiare, il personale gentile ed accogliente ti fa sentire in una casa e non in un ristorante. Esperienza consigliata e da ripetere per provare altri "viaggi cultural-gastronomici".
