★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Circolo Anziani del Lavoro Electrolux Zanussi (dal 10 ottobre 2019 "Seniores del Lavoro Electrolux") è stato fondato nel lontano 1959 nel momento di maggior espansione dell'Azienda e ne furono promotori gli stessi titolari Guido e Lino Zanussi. Il Circolo ha finalizzato il suo impegno a dare dignità e valore sociale al lavoro inteso non soltanto come fatica, ma anche come opportunità di crescita culturale, professionale e umana, in grado di rafforzare e implementare la fatica fisica e intellettuale con attività di carattere culturale, ricreativo e sportivo. I Soci hanno il diritto di far parte del Circolo dopo aver prestato servizio in Azienda per 25 anni consecutivi. Il Circolo è organizzato in Sezioni che rappresentano alcune realtà produttive del territorio nazionale: Sezione Centrale di Sede, Sezione Lavaggio Porcia, Sezione Professional Pordenone, Sezione Freddo Susegana, Sezione Freddo Firenze, Sezione Cottura Forlì, Sezione Lavaggio Solaro. Nota di riguardo merita il Progetto Scuola per il quale l'Associazione organizza delle visite guidate negli stabilimenti produttivi e degli incontri con gli studenti focalizzati a portare nelle scuole testimonianze da parte di manager e/o di persone che hanno contribuito particolarmente allo sviluppo dell'Azienda nel territorio.

The School Project is worthy of note, for which the Association organizes guided tours of production facilities and meetings with students focused on bringing testimonials to managers in schools and / or people who have contributed particularly to the development of the Company. in the territory.
