★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è carino.......se uno si accontenta ma, parliamo di cibo, la cuoca è albanese, io sono stato in Albania e ho sempre mangiato bene, la cucina albanese è buona e ha svariati piatti. E allora perché insiste a cucinare italiano ???? Io sono sicuro che cucinando i piatti del suo paese avrebbe un discreto successo, molto di più che inventando piatti italiani arrangiati e empirici. Un ultimo consiglio, nelle orecchiette broccoli e salsiccia, LA SALSICCIA SI DEVE VEDERE, nel senso che un pezzettino per piatto è ridicolo. Voto 6 meno meno
The place is nice ....... if one is satisfied but, let's talk about food, the cook is Albanian, I have been to Albania and I have always eaten well, Albanian cuisine is good and has many dishes. So why do you insist on cooking Italian ???? I am sure that by cooking the dishes of his country he would have some success, much more than inventing arranged and empirical Italian dishes.
