★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre tante e molto diverse le iniziative che vede questo circolo protagonista, il personale è formato da pensionati volontari che offrono il loro tempo e la loro energia. Locale grande ma che bisogna di un pò di manutenzione, almeno di una rinfrescata alle pareti! Valido.

Mi sa che il termine Vecchione sia nata proprio in quel posto.
Nella lontana 700 un Congresso di nobili anziani stipolò un patto di non aggressione verso i nobili giovani che cercavano di riformare il posto.
Il patto venne sancito e ricordato come patto del Vecchione, ancora oggi viene festeggiato a capodanno, bruciando una scultura in legno.
Questo gesto sta ad indicare nuova speranza, speranza di un nuovo inizio, tra i nobili giovani e i nobili anziani, lasciando alle spalle i brutti ricordi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito da quelle parti. A volte sono andato a prendere delle brioche al bar, non sono proprio freschissime e ovviamente ci sono molti anziani. Tempo fa era ritrovo per delle combriccole e facevano chiasso fino tarda sera. Diciamo che ci sono bar migliori da quelle parti.
